Author: Today Sayoko & I were talking about Cambodian food & noodles on HIS World Brunch & this got everyone talking about their favourite noodle dishes from anywhere in the world. I love Laksa – which comes from Malaysia. Laksa is similar to ramen, with chicken, creamy coconut milk broth & is a little spicy. Laksa is not so famous in Japan & is quite difficult to find in restaurants here but one of our lovely listeners recommended Makan Singapore Restaurant in Jimbocho – check the website www.westindia-group.com yum yum!!
