日本時間2月27日午後3時34分、南米チリ共和国(Ripublic of Chili)でマグニチュード8.8の大地震が発生しました。
震源は、首都サンティアゴから南西に約350キロ、チリ第2の都市
コンセプシオンから約90キロ北東に位置するマウレ市付近で、
震源の深さはおよそ35キロ。その後もマグニチュード5.5～6.5の
強い余震も観測されています。
駐日チリ共和国大使館は現地の状況確認に努めておりますが、
現地被害は深刻な規模となっております。インターＦＭでも情報が
入り次第、放送、ホームページ等でお知らせします。
