Music - Playing over 300 songs every day, we employ the American radio station style where the Music Director manages the flow of music in its entirety.
Languages - We carry domestic and international news as well as traffic and weather in Japanese and other languages including English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean and Tagalog, especially at the time of such emergency as earthquake, tsunami and typhoon.
Highlights - We broadcast the world famous "The Grammy Awards" live exclusively in the Tokyo Metropolitan area. Come summertime we, as its official radio, air the Fuji Rock Festival - one of the biggest outdoor music events in Japan.
Full service of "radiko" launched!
From December 2010, "radiko.jp" or the IP Simulcast radio has made the move from trial delivery to full practical service. And of course, no registration is required.
The service area, in which previously consisted of Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba Prefectures, has now expanded to Gunma, Tochigi and Ibaraki Prefectures where InterFM is all yours on the radio and PC.
"Radiko" is also available on smartphones.
