A group of our lucky listeners joined our first tour to Tokyo Racecourse, The Day At The Races on Oct.23.
It was a lot of fun. The group was very international. We got people from England, the US, Canada, Australia and India. Even some brought a baby and young kids. We went to see the horses right before the races at the Parade Ring, enjoyed the wine and champagne in the VIP room..
Gorgeous lunch. And mostly, we had really good time betting on a race and watching the races.

Great view from the huge Fuji View Grandstand!

InterFM DJ, Mr. Guy Perryman, the host of the “The Day At The Races” along with K.C.

From the V.I.P. room seating. People were shouting “Go! Go! Yes, I won!!!!”

Participants were given useful tips at the betting lecture.

Yum yum! The taste of winning! Our man, K.C. looking happy hanging around V.I.P room.
We sure had a great time! We hope to do it again.

All right, today’s Kikuka Sho was very exciting because it was long and to me was unpredictable!
Big Week had a huge lead at the beginning, then fell back, then caught up to win the race!!
The 1st favorite, Rose Kingdom tried to catch up with Big Week, but just couldn’t do it!
Big Week had an odds of 23 which did not seem to be good odds, so the ending was very exciting!
Here’s the official result!
1st #6 Big Week(JPN) 2,320yen
2nd 6-10 Rose Kingdom(JPN) 2,170yen
3rd #6-10-12 Beat Black(JPN) 338,840yen
