The number of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infections is currently increasing in Tokyo. In order to support non-Japanese speaking residents in Tokyo and respond to various concerns and impacts on their lives, we have established the "Tokyo Coronavirus Support Center for Foreign Residents". 

To make an inquiry, please call the support center in your language and obtain information. You will also be guided to the public health center or other dedicated helplines as necessary. 

The support center will assist you in case translation is needed for communication with the facilities. The service is available in 14 languages : English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepalese, Indonesian, Tagalog, Thai, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Cambodian, Burmese and easy Japanese.

The call center is open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5  p.m., and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. National holidays are also excluded from consultation days. For inquiry, please call the toll-free number 0120-296-004.

現在、東京都では、新型コロナウイルス感染者が増加しております。

そこで、東京に住んでいらっしゃる日本語を母国語としない外国人の方の不安や生活への影響について、様々な相談に対応するため、緊急対策として、新たに、「東京都外国人新型コロナ相談センター」を設置しました。

相談の流れはまず、相談センターにお電話をいただき、ご希望の言語で相談を行い、情報を提供します。さらに、必要に応じて、保健所など各専門相談窓口に引き継ぎます。

もし、引き継ぎ先で言語対応ができない場合は、この相談センターが通訳などでサポートいたします。

対応言語は、やさしい日本語、英語、中国語、韓国語、ベトナム語、ネパール語、インドネシア語、タガログ語、タイ語、ポルトガル語、スペイン語、フランス語、カンボジア語、ミャンマー語の14言語です。

土曜・日曜・祝日を除く、午前10時から午後5時まで、開設しています。
