Topics for May 16th & 17th

Recently, as a measure to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, the use of alcohol for disinfection is increasing. Please be aware that some alcohol-based products may be classified as dangerous. Here's how to use rubbing alcohol safely.

First of all, rubbing alcohol may catch fire if there is a fire source. Do not smoke or cook on a stove when rubbing alcohol has been used nearby.

Moreover, flammable vapor may be generated when refilling rubbing alcohol. Please choose a well-ventilated place to refill.

Flammable vapor may also be generated when the alcohol is exposed to direct sunlight and heated up. Please store it away from direct sunlight.

Next, we have information on how to properly dispose of face masks to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.

When disposing of face masks, tie the garbage bag tightly before the bag is full to avoid direct contact with the contents. If the face mask or garbage touches the outer surface of the bag, please put it all inside another clean bag. Wash your hands well with soap and running water after disposing of the garbage.

In order to prevent coronavirus from spreading, citizens are advised to refrain from going out unless it is necessary or urgent. If you absolutely must go out, please keep a 2-meter distance from people and avoid making lines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
