The city requests your continued cooperation in preventing a further surge in Covid19 infections.

Measures to prevent infection remain the same - ‘thoroughly washing your hands with soap’, ‘using alcohol based sanitizer to disinfect your hands and fingers’, and ‘getting sufficient food and sleep’ in everyday life to strengthen your immune system.

It is also important to wear a mask and follow the “cough etiquette” if you are coughing or sneezing.

With the increase in Omicron cases, Yokohama City is also conducting free PCR tests.

Calls will be answered between 9am and 6pm, except on Sundays and national holidays.
