The Minato City Secretariat of the Board of Education is sending out enrollment notifications to families of children who will enroll in a Minato municipal elementary or junior high school in April 2022.

It is an important document so please store it carefully.

If you have yet to receive it or have lost it, please enquire.

Those eligible for notifications are as follows:

Children enrolling in the first grade of elementary school: those born between 2nd April 2015 and 1st April 2016

Children enrolling in the first grade of junior high school: those born between 2nd April 2009 and 1st April 2010.

*If you are enrolling in a national, metropolitan, or private elementary or junior high school etc, please submit your letter of acceptance (written permission).

If you are a foreign national who would like to enroll in a Minato municipal elementary or junior high school and have not yet completed the necessary procedures, please enquire.

The response will be smoother if the person making contact can speak Japanese.

Enquiries should be made to the School Administration Support Subsection of the School Affairs Section at Minato City Hall.

Minato City repairs and resells bicycles that have been removed by the city but are in good condition.

The day of the next sale is Sunday 13th February.

Reception will be open from 10am-10:30am, and then a lottery will be conducted to decide the order of the buyers.

The sale venue will be the Minato Recycling and Waste Management Office’s Works Contact, located at 3-9-6 Moto Azabu, Minato City.

About 15 bicycles will be on sale and priority slots have been set aside for residents of Minato City.
