The telephone number of the ‘Minato City Covid19 Vaccination Call Center’, which is the contact point for enquiries about Covid19 Vaccinations in Minato City has changed to a free-dial number. 

Please note that the number differs according to language.

For Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean the telephone number is 0120-252-237. 

For Japanese and English only, the telephone number is 0120-801-567.

The call center cannot provide answers to medical questions.

If you have an underlying health condition and have concerns about being vaccinated, please consult your family doctor.

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games will start on Friday 23rd July (national holiday), and the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games will start on Tuesday 24th August. 

Minato City and its 6 police stations have some requests regarding crime prevention measures during the Games.

The first is to prevent damage from special fraud.

Please beware of fraudulent phone calls about spectator tickets at the Tokyo 2020 Games.

If you receive a suspicious call, please contact Minato City or a police station.

The second request is relating to the purchase of fake goods.

Please be careful not to buy fake goods featuring trademarks such as the Tokyo 2020 Games emblem.

The third request is regarding consideration of the environment.

Please do not leave unwanted items in the street, or drop litter such as bottles or cans. 

There is a danger of broken glass etc. causing injuries.

Make sure you dispose of your rubbish in the designated places.
