Operators at the Minato City call center, or ‘Minato Call’, respond to enquiries about the content of Minato City’s administrative services and provide information on the city’s facilities and events. Enquiries are dealt with not just in Japanese, but also in English.
Staff respond to multiple enquiries relating to different sections, and those sent in by fax and e-mail too, so please feel free to use this service. It is available 365 days a year from 7am to 11pm.
Please be aware that advance reservations and applications for participation in events and health checks etc. may sometimes only be dealt with between 9am and 5pm.

In Minato City, you can receive the same services at any of the 5 Regional City Offices. These exclude some applications etc. at the Foreign Resident Registration Subsection at Shiba Regional City Office.
The regional city offices are in the 5 areas of Shiba, Azabu, Akasaka, Takanawa and Shibaura-konan.
As well as providing a variety of administrative services in local areas, regional city offices aim to settle regional matters within the local community.
