Currently, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games are being held. Meanwhile, a State of Emergency has been in place for the Tokyo Metropolitan area since 12th July. 


Minato City and its 6 police stations have some requests regarding prevention of COVID-19 infections and crime prevention measures.


The first request relates to preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Please refrain from non-essential outings and non essential movement in general, especially after 8pm. 

You should also refrain from group alcohol consumption in parks and on the streets. 


The second request is about the purchase of fake goods.

Please be careful not to buy fake goods featuring trademarks such as the Tokyo 2020 Games emblem.


The third request is regarding consideration of the environment.

Please do not leave unwanted items in the street, or drop litter such as bottles or cans. 

There is a danger of broken glass etc. causing injuries.

Make sure you dispose of your rubbish in the designated places.
