To this end, the city has some requests…

In Minato City too, calls from special fraud criminals remain rife.

Please take measures to prevent answering calls from criminals, such as by setting your phone to answering machine even when you are at home, and only answering the call once you’ve checked who the caller is.

There are many cases of fraud at ATMs, so please do not talk on your mobile phone near ATMs.

Please register for Minato City’s "Safety and Security Emails", install an automatic call recorder, and download the Metropolitan Police Department's crime prevention app "Digipolis" to protect your family and those around you from crime.
