The Modern Age of Minato City and the Imperial Family / October is 3R Promotion Month

This week’s edition is on the special exhibition, ‘The Modern Age of Minato City and the Imperial Family’.

The exhibition is on at Minato City Local History Museum and introduces the relationship between Minato City and the Imperial Family from the Meiji Period to the Showa pre-war period (from 1868 - 1945).

The exhibition period is from Saturday 17th October - Sunday 20th December.

The venue is the Special Exhibition Room at Minato City Local History Museum, located at 4-6-2 Shirokanedai, Minato City.

The museum will be closed on the following days during the exhibition period: Thursday 19th November and Thursday 17th December.

Opening hours are from 9am - 5pm, except on Saturdays, when the museum will stay open until 8pm.

Last entry to the museum is 30 minutes before closing.

Let’s put the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) into practice, to reduce waste. 

Use your own bag when you go shopping and recycle any old clothing that can still be worn. Carry a pair of chopsticks with you and a water bottle too, and try to finish off any food you eat.
