The disaster preparedness drill will take place at Roppongi Junior High School on Sunday 10th November.
At the disaster preparedness drill at Roppongi Junior High School, there will be English interpreters to explain the program. Please learn about disasters in Japanese and English.
Visitors will be able to take part in experiences such as mobile earthquake simulator rides and there will be a disaster prevention information corner too. Children will be able to collect points as they take part in the disaster preparedness drill. They can then exchange these for a toy.

In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, InterFM897 will provide important information from Minato City such as evacuation procedures and damage updates.
Minato City sends out emails containing disaster prevention information to anyone who registers for them. The information will be on earthquakes, and after heavy rain, river levels and rainfall levels. It will be provided in Japanese and English.
The content of the disaster prevention information emails will also be available on the Minato City website in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean. Information other than this will be provided in Japanese only.
To register for disaster prevention information emails, please do the following:
1) Send a blank email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
2) Click on the registration link in the reply mail, select ‘Japanese’ or ‘English’ and press the OK button.
3) Select the necessary information and press the OK button.
