Shinagawa Historical Museum is holding a special exhibition entitled, ‘Historical Changes from Shinagawa Bay to the Port of Tokyo’.

In collaboration with ‘TOKYO ATLAS’ International Art Exhibition, this exhibition explores the history of the transformation and growth of Shinagawa Bay into the Port of Tokyo, highlighting changes to the waterfront area brought about by the construction of Odaiba, as well as changes in the sea since the Meiji era.

The exhibition will run until Sunday 20th December.

Opening hours are from 9am-5pm.

The museum is closed on Mondays. If the Monday is a national holiday, the museum will close on Tuesday instead.

Admission is 300 yen for adults and 100 yen for elementary and junior high school students.

品川歴史館では、特別展「品川湾から東京港へ　－ 未完の港湾都市 －」を開催しています。

国際美術展「TOKYO ATLAS」と連携し、御台場の築造で変わる臨海部、明治時代以降の海の変化について、品川湾から東京港への変遷、発展の歴史を紹介しています。

開催期間は、12月20日(日曜日)までです。

開館時間は、午前9時～午後5時までです。

休館日は月曜日です。月曜日が祝日の場合、月曜日は開館し、火曜日が休館となります。

観覧料は、一般の方は300円、小・中学生は100円です。
