The city currently provides COVID-19 related consultation on topics such as preventing infection and what to do if worrying symptoms occur.

Consultation is available from 9am-10pm daily, including on weekends and national holidays.

If you would like to make use of this service please contact the COVID-19/Omicron Variant Call Center. The telephone number is  0570-550-571 and the FAX number is 03-5388-1396. Consultation is available in 12 languages including English and Chinese.

If COVID-19 is causing you anxiety or impacting your daily life, consultation is also available through Tokyo Multilingual Consultation Navi on 03-6258-1227. Lines are open between 10am and 4pm on weekdays, and consultation is available in 15 languages, including English and Chinese.
