The Shinagawa City Residents Consultation Office provides consultation in English and Chinese to foreigners experiencing problems in daily life. 

Where necessary, introductions can also be made to related institutions within Shinagawa City Office.

Consultations are available in English every second Tuesday, and in Chinese every second and fourth Thursday. Opening hours are from 9am-5pm, with a break for lunch between midday and 1pm.

Registration is until 4:30pm,

品川区区民相談室では、外国人の方の日常生活上の問題について、英語と中国語で相談に応じています。

必要に応じて、品川区役所内関係機関へのご案内も可能です。

英語による相談は、第2火曜日、中国語による相談は、第2・第4木曜日で、時間は午前９時から午後5時までです。

受け付けは、午後4時30分までで、正午から午後1時までは、昼休みとなります。
