During moving season, applications for large-sized waste collection increase, so it can be several days until the collection date.

Please apply as soon as possible once you decide to move.

Applications should be made to the ‘Shinagawa Large-sized Waste Reception Center’ by phone or via the internet.

The telephone number is 03-6733-5374.

Applications are accepted from 8am-9pm, Monday-Saturday and on public holidays excluding Sundays.

When applying via the internet, please do so from the following website: https://shinagawa-sodai.com/

Please note that TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, tumble dryers, air-conditioners and laptops are not collected as large-sized waste. You should enquire with the store where you are buying your replacement unit, or the store where you made your original purchase.

月曜日～土曜日までと、日曜日を除いた祝日の午前8時～午後9時まで受け付けています。
