Procedures such as submitting a Notification of Moving In or Change of Address within Shinagawa City, must be completed at the city office or counters at certain community centers.

During moving season from March to May, counters become extremely busy, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.

If you have a My Number Card, you can submit your Notification of Moving Out via the MynaPortal.

You can also obtain various certificates, such as copies of your resident certificate, at convenience stores, so please take advantage of this service.

品川区内の転居・転入届の提出は、区役所、及び、一部の地域センター窓口でのお手続きが必要です。

3月～5月までの引っ越しシーズンは、窓口が大変混み合いますので、お時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

なお、マイナンバーカードをお持ちの方は、転出届の提出をマイナポータルで行えます。

また、住民票の写しなど、各種証明書の取得をコンビニで行うこともできますので、ぜひご利用ください。
