Thursday 23rd April is ‘Children’s Reading Day’.

To coincide with this, Shinagawa City Libraries are holding the ‘Spring Children’s Reading Day Fair’ until Thursday 30th April. 

Each library is setting up special displays, and holding events such as storytelling sessions and craft workshops.

Why not take your child to your local library?
