The city currently provides COVID-19 related consultation on topics such as preventing infection and what to do if worrying symptoms occur.

Consultation is provided in 12 languages including English and Chinese and is available from 9am-10pm daily, including on weekends and national holidays.

If COVID-19 is causing you anxiety or impacting your daily life, consultation is also available through Tokyo Multilingual Consultation Navi on 03-6258-1227.

Lines are open between 10am and 4pm on weekdays, and consultation is available in 14 languages, including English and Chinese.
