Bookings are being accepted for 4th dose COVID-19 vaccinations.

Those eligible are people aged 60 or over, and those aged 18-59 who have an underlying disease or are recognized by a doctor as being at high risk of developing severe symptoms if infected with COVID-19.

Healthcare workers and staff at elderly care facilities are also eligible.

In all cases, vaccination is conditional upon at least 5 months having passed since receipt of the 3rd shot. 

Vaccination dates and venues, as well as eligibility requirements are subject to change. 

From Autumn, 4th dose vaccinations for the Omicron variant are due to take place.

Details and updates will be posted on the Shinagawa City website from now on.

Calls will be dealt with in English and Chinese too.

新型コロナウイルスワクチン4回目接種の予約を受け付けています。

対象者は60歳以上の方、

18歳以上60歳未満の方のうち、基礎疾患を有する方、

その他、新型コロナウイルス感染症にかかった場合の重症化リスクが高いと医師が認める方、

医療従事者と高齢者施設従事者などです。

いずれも、3回目接種から5カ月以上経過していることが条件となります。

接種実施日や会場、対象者などは変更となる場合があります。

また、秋以降にオミクロン株対応の4回目のワクチン接種を実施する予定です。
