Shinagawa City is promoting energy-saving between Wednesday 1st November and Sunday 31st March 2024.

Rather than relying too much on heating appliances to stay warm, please wear extra layers of clothing to adjust your body temperature.

When heating rooms, you should keep in mind the guide temperature of 20 degrees Celsius for an environmentally friendly winter.
