Public Service Announcement for Yokohama City

This week’s edition is on the “Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center”.

The “Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center” provides general information and consultations to foreign city residents.

It is located in the Yokohama Association for International Communications and Exchanges (YOKE) in the Yokohama International Organization Center on the fifth floor of Minatomirai’s ‘Pacifico Yokohama’.

If you have concerns or would like advice about everyday life, please use the Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center.

Opening Hours

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm 

The center is closed on weekends, national holidays, and at yearend and New Year.

Available Languages:

Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Indonesian, Tagalog, Thai, Portuguese, Spanish, and Ukrainian.

Specialist consultations are provided free of charge, and an interpreter is available.
