This week’s edition is on ‘Winter Wonder Park Yokohama’.

"Winter Wonder Park Yokohama 2025-26" is currently being held at Yamashita Park.

This event, which began last year, features fantastical illuminations centered around a specially constructed ice rink bathed in light and music.

With food trucks and hot drink stands also set up, and DJ booths offering music performances etc on weekends, it is a "winter experiential park" that combines light, music, food, and activities.

This year, a park train has been newly introduced: the "Winter Wonder Express", which runs through Yamashita Park. It runs at a leisurely pace from the Festival Square near the skate park to the Central Entrance of Yamashita Park in about 20 minutes. Operating between 11:30 am and 6:30 pm, it allows visitors to enjoy different views of Yokohama by day and by night.

Also currently being held is "The Mystery of the ART," a walking-style mystery-solving event set in three areas: Yamashita Park, Motomachi, and Yokohama Chinatown.

You can participate by registering on the day at either the Skate Park or Marine Tower. This photogenic event, where you can fully enjoy winter in Yokohama, is being held at Yamashita Park until 1st March.
