Public Service Announcement for Yokohama City

This week, we will be introducing, ‘Live! Yokohama’, a live entertainment festival that will fill the Minato Mirai area with music this spring.

From Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th April, over three days, numerous free programs will be held in open spaces throughout the city, including Grand Mall Park, Landmark Plaza, and Queen's Square Yokohama. A variety of stage performances will be held on a daily rotation, including live music, dance, and character shows popular with children. There will also be participatory activities such as sports and instrument experience corners, and workshops for parents and children.

At Grand Mall Park a stamp rally with prizes will be held. Food trucks will also be there, allowing visitors to enjoy the festival at leisure, while eating and taking breaks.

This year, a new urban music festival, the ‘CENTRAL MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT FESTIVAL 2026’ will be held at the same time. Visitors can enjoy both events at various locations across the city.

Rinko Park will serve as ‘CENTRAL FIELD’, a free-entry area where visitors can casually enjoy the charms of an urban festival, including food collaborations with artists, comedy performances on stage and interactive experiences utilising technology.

Three days where you can stroll through springtime Yokohama, encountering music wherever the mood takes you.
