Shinagawa Yumesanbashi 2019' will take place over three days from Saturday 12th October to the national holiday on Monday 14th October. The time will be from 10am to 4pm, and the venue will be the area around JR Osaki Station's Yumesanbashi.

An array of events will be held, including a products fair, an administrative consultation corner, stage performances, a regional mascot event, and the Yumesanbashi Exhibition.
