On Sunday 24th November, a “Children’s Festival” will be held as part of the Shinagawa Citizens’ Arts Festival. The venue will be Curian.

There will be great stage performances featuring dynamic dances brimming with the energy and smiles of bright eyed children.

Doors will open at 1pm, and the event will start at 1:30pm. Entry is free. Don’t miss this opportunity to watch!
