Vaccination vouchers are being sent out to citizens under the age of 64 in stages, according to age group.

Currently, reservations can be made first by those who have received vaccination vouchers for "priority vaccinations” - that is people with underlying health conditions or workers at elderly care facilities etc. 

People who do not fall into the priority category will be notified about reservations and vaccination periods around August.

Upcoming vaccination schedules will also be made public through newsletters etc.

For details, check the information enclosed with the vaccination voucher.

Please note that if you are not in the "priority vaccination" category, you will not immediately be able to make a reservation or get vaccinated in Yokohama City even if your vaccination voucher has arrived.

For vaccination related enquiries, please call the ‘Yokohama COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center’. 

Calls will be handled in eight languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Calls will be answered between 9am and 7pm every day.
