Public Service Announcement for Yokohama City

Each of the 18 ward offices in Yokohama City is accepting enquiries related to COVID-19 vaccinations.

They are responding to a variety of needs, including answering general enquiries about vaccination reservation methods and locations, and providing reservation support to people who have not managed to make an appointment and are having trouble operating their laptops or smartphones.

If you have any problems regarding vaccinations, please feel free to visit the ‘COVID-19 Vaccine Consultation Counter’.

The ‘Yokohama COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center’  is handling enquiries by phone.

Calls are dealt with in eight languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Spanish, and Portuguese. 

The telephone number is 0120-045-070. Calls are answered between 9am and 7pm every day.
