The city is sending out “My Number Card Issuance Notifications” to let My Number Card applicants know that their cards are ready for issuance.

Issuance of the My Number Card, which was being done solely at Shinagawa City Office, has now begun at Meguro Service Corner and Ebara Dai-ichi Community Center, which has relocated to in front of Musashi Koyama Station.

Please book beforehand for card issuance, and collect the My Number Card from the counter.

マイナンバーカードを申請された方には、交付の準備ができた旨をお知らせする「個人番号カードの交付のお知らせ」をお送りしております。

品川区役所のみでおこなってきたマイナンバーカードの交付について、新たに目黒サービスコーナーと武蔵小山駅前に移転をした荏原第一地域センターでも開始しました。

事前にカード交付予約をして、マイナンバーカードを窓口でお受け取りください。
