To alleviate the financial burden on city residents caused by rising prices, a rebate of 4,000 yen per household will be provided to all households.

Eligible recipients are heads of households who are recorded in the Shinagawa City Basic Resident Register as of 1st June 2026.

Prior application is required to receive the payment, and application guidance will be sent out in stages from late August.

There are two methods of application: application via the official Shinagawa City LINE account, and paper application for those who have difficulty applying via LINE.

The application period is scheduled to run from Tuesday 1st September to Saturday 31st October.

品川区からのお知らせです。

物価高騰に起因する区民生活の負担を軽減するため、全世帯を対象に、1世帯あたり4,000円の還元給付を行います。

対象は、令和8年6月1日時点で、品川区の住民基本台帳に記録されている世帯の世帯主です。

受け取りには、事前の申請が必要で、8月下旬から順次申請案内を送付します。

申請方法は2種類あり、品川区公式LINEでの申請と、LINE申請が難しい方向けの紙申請となります。

申請期間は、9月1日(火曜日)～10月31日(土曜日)までを予定しています。
