If you are currently the holder of a medical expenses subsidy certificate for single-parent families etc, it is valid until 31st December.

In order to continue receiving the subsidy for medical expenses from January 2022 onwards, you must renew your status report. 

The status reports have already been sent out to those eligible, so if you have not yet submitted it, please do so as soon as possible.

If you are currently not receiving the medical expenses subsidy, but belong to a [single-parent family etc.] and fulfill the eligibility requirements such as income restrictions, then you can apply and start receiving the medical expenses subsidy for single-parent families, etc. from the date of application.

現在、ひとり親家庭等医療証をお持ちの方の有効期限は、12月31日です。

令和4年1月以降も引き続き医療費助成を受けるには、現況届による更新の手続きが必要です。

現在、資格をお持ちの方には、既に現況届をお送りしています。未提出の方は、至急提出してください。

現在、医療費助成を受けていない[ひとり親家庭等]の方は、所得制限等の要件に該当する場合、申請することで、申請日からひとり親家庭等医療費助成が受けられます。
