Shinagawa City provides mediation for the purchase and chemical refilling of fire extinguishers.  

It is important to extinguish fires early.  

To prepare for emergencies, keep a fire extinguisher with sufficient fire extinguishing capabilities handy.

Neither Shinagawa City nor the Fire Department ever conducts door to door sales of fire extinguishers or solicits their purchase by telephone.

Please be careful of malicious vendors who try to capitalize on the mediation.
