Shinagawa City is currently distributing the ‘Ureshina Card’, a Vanilla Visa gift card worth 5,000 yen, to every city resident.

Those registered in the Shinagawa City Basic Resident Register as of Thursday 1st January 2026 are eligible to be recipients. Advance application is not required.

Distribution is taking place in stages, and is expected to be completed by the end of June.

The gift card is valid until Sunday 31st January 2027.

品川区からのお知らせです。

現在、品川区では、全区民を対象に、一律5,000円相当のバニラVISAギフトカード「うれしなカード」を、一人一枚配布しています。

対象は、2026年1月1日(木曜日)時点で、品川区住民基本台帳に記録されている方で、事前の申請は不要です。

順次配布を行っており、6月末までの配布完了を予定しています。

ギフトカードの利用期限は、2027年1月31日(日曜日)までとなります。
