Due to the growing number of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infections, a state of emergency was declared for 7 prefectures including Tokyo on April 7th. The 30-day emergency period will last until May 6th. Based on this, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is set to implement specific emergency measures. During the period, please protect your lives by refraining from going out unless necessary or urgent. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government also asks everyone to avoid the following three conditions: closed, poorly ventilated spaces, crowds of people, and verbal communication at close range. If you must go out for certain reasons, please keep a 2-meter distance between people and avoid making lines. The city will not be under lockdown during the period. Public transportation will function normally, so please do not rush to go back to your hometown or move to other places. You will not be restricted to go out to purchase daily necessities.

新型コロナウイルスの感染者が増加していることを受けて、4月7日、東京都を含む7都道府県を対象としました緊急事態宣言が発令されました。

実施期間は、5月6日までの30日間です。

これに基づき、東京都では、都の緊急事態措置を実施いたします。

期間中は、命を守るため、不要不急の外出を、お控えいただくようお願いします。

換気の悪い密閉空間、多くの人の密集する場所、近距離での密接した会話、以上、3つの条件が重なる場を避けるための行動をお願いします。

やむを得ず、外出される際には、行列を作らないで、人と人との間隔をおよそ２メートル確保してください。

また、期間中は、都市封鎖は行いません。

交通機関は運行していますので、性急な帰省、また、移動は控えてください。

生活必需品を購入するための外出は、制限いたしません。
