The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has newly opened a medical facility dedicated for COVID-19 patients. 

This facility will accept patients with moderate or mild symptoms, as well as patients in need of special assistance, including elderly who need nursing care, and foreigners who are unable to speak Japanese or English. 

Located in the former Fuchu Medical Center, this hospital mainly operates for hospitalization. 

The facility will begin operating with 32 beds in 2 wards and plans to expand the capacity to up to 100 beds in 6 wards.

東京都では、この度、新型コロナウイルス感染症専用医療施設を開設しました。

この施設では、中等症及び、軽症で医療的ケアの必要な陽性患者を始め、とりわけ介護が必要な方や、日本語や英語が話せない外国人など、他の病院で受け入れが困難な患者を受け入れています。

所在地は、旧都立府中療育センター施設です。

こちらでは、入院のみの受け入れとなります。

2病棟32床から始まり、最終的には、6病棟100床まで順次運用していきます。

Next, in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, the  Tokyo Metropolitan Government has asked restaurants and karaoke bars that serve alcoholic beverages in the 23 wards and Tama area to shorten their business hours from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. until Monday, January 11th next year. 

We also ask everyone to refrain from going out when it is unnecessary or non-urgent. 

When going out for shopping, please keep the time short and minimize the group.

If you are feeling sick, elderly, have underlying medical conditions, or live with such people, please refrain from dining out as much as possible. 

Please take every precaution to prevent infection in all situations, at home, and outside by washing hands, wearing masks, disinfecting frequently, and ventilating the room thoroughly.  

We strongly urge everyone of all ages, including the elderly as well as young people to take thorough measures to prevent infection.

続いて、東京都は、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、来年1月11日（月）まで、23区と多摩地域の酒類を提供する飲食店やカラオケ店に、朝5時から夜10時までの間に営業時間の短縮を要請しています。

買い物等で外出する場合は、人数や時間は最小限に。 体調が悪い方、高齢者や基礎疾患のある方や同居しているご家族の方は会食への参加は極力控えてください。

あらゆる場面で、手洗い、マスクの着用など基本的な感染予防策、こまめな消毒、換気を徹底してください。

高齢の方だけでなく、若い方々も含めて全ての世代の皆さんに、対策を徹底していただきますよう強くお願いします。
